My name is Henry and I am qualified in hypnotherapy, counselling and psychotherapy. I have been in private practice
since 1998 using hypnotherapy, counselling and psychotherapy to help people to overcome their problems in the quickest
and most effective way possible.
The people that come to see me all have one thing in common - they all want to take control of something in their life. This can be from stopping smoking to overcoming a fear and therefore they are in control of therapy at all times. My purpose is only to help them to achieve what they want to achieve.
I offer a free initial consultation if you would like to pop along for a cup of coffee and a chat. This gives you an opportunity to meet me and to see if you feel comfortable with me, which is very important if therapy is to work well. You can discuss your problem in total confidentiality and I can tell you more about therapy and if and how it might help you. The length of all sessions vary as problems vary and individual clients have different needs. Having said that, I expect an initial consultation to last about one hour and therapy sessions approximately one and a half hours.
